Symptoms: License Alerts in Operations console, monitoring not enabled
Cause: License file has not been activated, has expired or missing dependency
Scope: License managed in base library, impacts all MPs

Resolution
Customers can request v.3.0.6600.0 of the Security Management packs, which updates the base library and license service to resolve known issue. Contact Support
